Optimus is very pleased to announce its second residential acquisition, and its first in the exciting market of Phoenix, Arizona, with 26 condominium units purchased in the well-appointed and gated 288-unit complex known as "The Riverwalk at Papago Park".

These units, of which 18 have 1 bedroom and 8 have 2 bedrooms, and which cost Optimus an average price of $62,500.00 each, were selling as recently as last year for between $120,000.00 and $187,000.00 for the 1 bedroom units and for between $200,000.00 and $236,000.00 for the 2 bedroom units. A third party independent appraisal was conducted on the 26 Optimus condominium units.in November 2009. This appraisal, which assumed that each unit would be sold individually was based on the appraiser both reviewing the various .oor plans and the condition of each individual unit. The resulting appraised value for the 26 units totalled $2,168,000.00 or an average of $83,385.00 per unit. This appraised value is $20,885.00 higher than the average Optimus purchase price of $62,500.00 per unit.
